How Does A Couple Initiate the Mediation Process In Maryland
For
Separation, Divorce and Family Law Disputes?

The parties must agree upon a separation or divorce mediator in Maryland, and an attorney mediator who has particular experience in family law matters is a great choice. One party or both contact the mediator by telephone or email to schedule a session.  The Mediator will provide mediation preparation instructions and should also provide the fee structure and mediation agreement prior to the first session.

You can contact Nancy Caplan, Esq. by telephone, 410-296-2190 or by email, MediateDivorce1@aol.com or NancyCaplan@aol.com, to schedule a consultation.  The consultation is usually in person however, where hardship exists, telephone consultation and/or divorce mediation / family mediation by telephone can occur.

We offer a Free Monthly Seminar to answer all of your Divorce Mediation Questions. Click here for more information.
